Responsibilities:
- Sort, distribute and process internal and external mails
- Perform three-way matching i.e. purchase order, goods receipt and invoicing
- Liaise with landlords, building management and contractors on office space management including leasehold improvement and proper office maintenance
- Attend to enquiries effectively
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum O Levels or Nitec
- At least 2 years of office administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent and meticulous, with initiative, positive attitude and good communication skills
- Responsible team member and adaptable to changes
