A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Execute first mile and last mile routing operations
• Oversee first mile and last mile performance of all fleet types to ensure SLA is met
• Retain driver community via regular check-ins and engagement
• Prompt replies to any delivery escalations and coordinate the necessary service recovery actions

SKILLS

These are minimum skills requirements and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Logistics skills: Involve in first mile pickups and/or last mile deliveries, driver coordination/planning/routing
• Customer service skills: Engage conversations with drivers, merchants, end customers, delivery partners 
• Leadership skills (Good to have)
