Officer, Mortgage Post Approval

The Post Approval Officer is responsible for capturing and setting up of collaterals details and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the Loan Operations Team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate and maintain data quality in credit systems, ensuring all documents are checked and in order prior to any Mortgage disbursements.

Responsibilities:

• This role serves as a maker to ensure proper mortgage documents are in order prior to any new disbursements.
• The role will involve close liaison with conveyancing lawyers, business sales specialists
• The role also requires 1st level review of rate change/repricing maintenances instructions and setting of collaterals and facilities in Citi internal system etc

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
