Tasks and Responsibilities:
Order Management - Assign tugs to vessels in accordance with MPA guidelines and availability, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Maintaining communication with tug master, pilot, and other stakeholders to ensure safe and seamless coordination and operation
Continuously monitoring operation, make real-time adjustments as needed, and prepare work completion report
Monitor service level and uphold of customer satisfaction
Preferred Experience:
Experience in planning and scheduling operations.
Knowledge of Singapore port information
Prior experience in port agency knowledge and experience will have an advantage
Willing to work on 12 hours shift and public holidays
Candidate without prior experience but with a positive and proactive attitude are welcome to apply, training will be provided
Education and Key certifications necessary:
ITE – Higher NITEC
GCE O Level or equivalent
Additional Details:
Non-standard work hours: 0730H to 1930H, 1930H to 0730H
