Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Order Management - Assign tugs to vessels in accordance with MPA guidelines and availability, ensuring optimal use of resources.

• Maintaining communication with tug master, pilot, and other stakeholders to ensure safe and seamless coordination and operation

• Continuously monitoring operation, make real-time adjustments as needed, and prepare work completion report

• Monitor service level and uphold of customer satisfaction

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in planning and scheduling operations.

• Knowledge of Singapore port information

• Prior experience in port agency knowledge and experience will have an advantage

• Willing to work on 12 hours shift and public holidays

• Candidate without prior experience but with a positive and proactive attitude are welcome to apply, training will be provided

Education and Key certifications necessary:

• ITE – Higher NITEC

• GCE O Level or equivalent

Additional Details:

• Non-standard work hours: 0730H to 1930H, 1930H to 0730H
