Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).


 


Senior Executive, Ecommerce Growth


 


The primary objective of the Senior Executive, Ecommerce Growth is to drive the planning, coordination, execution, and performance tracking of regional digital growth initiatives and e-commerce campaigns across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.



This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of regional campaigns by partnering closely with cross functional stakeholders, including Digital Onsite, CRM, Media, Merchandising, Creative, Operations, and local market teams. The Senior Executive will be responsible for maintaining campaign governance, driving operational excellence, and delivering timely performance reporting to support commercial objectives.



The role will also contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign planning frameworks, reporting processes, and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability across the region. Through strong project management, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management, the Senior Executive contributes to delivering best in class digital experiences and commercial performance.

  • Leading the end-to-end coordination and execution of regional e-commerce campaigns, ensuring alignment across regional stakeholders and local markets to achieve sales and business objectives

  • Leading campaign briefing and asset coordination across regional Creative teams and external agencies, ensuring all deliverables are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with Sephora brand guidelines, customer experience standards, and commercial objectives

  • Managing campaign planning timelines, trackers, and governance processes, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and alignment across regional and local stakeholders

  • Establishing clear campaign targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting performance tracking for each campaign, and implementing corrective actions or new plans to optimise results

  • Conducting detailed post campaign analysis, identifying successes, opportunities, and actionable recommendations to improve future campaign performance and operational efficiency

  • Maintaining and supporting the improvement of campaign planning tools, reporting frameworks, operational playbooks, and process documentation to support scalability and best practices across markets


 


We would love to hear from you if you are/have…



  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Ecommerce, digital marketing, commercial planning, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving online sales and growth

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and campaign performance

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across functions, markets, and external partners

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Power BI and SQL is an advantage
