Responsibilities:-
- Preparing of quotation, issuing of works order & variation order and coordination of work
- Sourcing of quotation for required products, liaise and follow up with suppliers
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with Operations Dept to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prepare monthly store order list to warehouse
- Assist Operations Dept in consolidating documents for submission and follow up on any outstanding documents for timely internal submission deadline
- Assist Operations Dept in preparing of work schedule, monthly work report, formatting & etc
- Assist/monitor operations department in-house daily manpower attendance updating
- Any other admin duties as assigned
Requirements:-
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level / Higher Nitec In Business Study
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Meticulous and well organized
- Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
