Job Description - Operation and Leasing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review operations and leasing documentation

  • Prepare, process, and maintain operational records, including PRs and POs, as well as event and leasing data

  • Liaise with tenants, clients, building operators, and relevant authorities on operations, event, and leasing‑related matters

  • Attend to tenant and client enquiries, feedback, inspections, and site viewings

  • Prepare operations, event, and leasing reports

  • Prepare accounts payable and receivable reports related to operations and leasing activities

  • Support facilities management (FM) activities, including cleaning, landscaping services, and waste management

  • Manage utilities, including usage monitoring, tenant billing and collection, and payment processing

  • Supervise the upkeep, housekeeping, and overall cleanliness of the campus

  • Perform administrative and ad‑hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in leasing administration, facilities management, or property management

  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • A reliable team player with a positive and proactive learning attitude
