Job Scope :

• Support the adoption of new technology for team operations improvements.
• Assist with manpower and asset planning across business functions.
• Help assess risks in process changes and operational adjustments.
• Review warehouse operations for cost and efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to the development of operational policies and standards.
• Participate in projects and coordinate with key stakeholders (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance).
• Assist in process automation and technology upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO audit requirements.
