Operation Executive

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily operational activities related to container and freight transportation

Liaise with customers, drivers, port operators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of containers

Prepare and process operational documents, including job orders, delivery schedules, and transport records

Monitor shipment status and handle operational issues or delays promptly

Support planning of routes, manpower, and vehicle deployment to improve operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace safety regulations, and transport requirements

Maintain accurate operational records and prepare basic operational reports for management

Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or container operations

Experience in coordinating transport operations or working with drivers and logistics partners is preferred

Able to work independently and handle multiple operational tasks

Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work flexible hours when operational needs require
