Operation Executive

Job Summary

You will support and manage bus fleet operations by planning routes and schedules, coordinating with sales and drivers, handling daily operational tasks, and ensuring safe, reliable bus services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and schedule bus routes to optimise fleet management efficiency
• Review and adjust schedules and routes to improve operational effectiveness
• Coordinate with the sales team to process and manage job orders from customers
• Collaborate with bus drivers and contractors to ensure daily operations run on schedule
• Respond promptly to operational issues and contingencies in a fast-paced environment
• Perform administrative tasks including job order entry, signage printing, and communication with contractors and customers via phone and email
• Arrange regular servicing, inspection, and maintenance for buses to ensure safety and reliability
• Lead and manage bus drivers to deliver safe and dependable bus services
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports for incidents and accidents as needed
• Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors to support operations

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the transport industry
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Singapore’s road network and possession of a valid driving license is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and contractors
• Demonstrated strong work ethics, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work outside official hours when required to support project operations
