Job Role: Operations Executive

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about operations and make it their daily mantra to improve operational workflow and efficiency while making sure equipment and tools are kept in good working order. As a key pillar in operational success, the operations team is the grease that keeps Ella running like clockwork. Learning from the ground up, you start by understanding the operational requirements of running a single Ella station and subsequently gain an insightful understanding of the daily fulfillment of the Ella fleet.

As an operations executive, you will report to the Head of Operations, working in a closely-knit operations team to manage the lifecycle of the Ella fleet and top-of-the-range Eversys coffee machines.

You will also get the opportunity to work across other fields in the organisation, specializing and assisting with logistics, events deployments, asset support, and maintenance teams.

The exciting work at Crown Digital includes, but is not limited to

• Manage the Ella station’s inventory, maintenance, and fulfillment operations.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues with various stakeholders in the organization.
• Contribute to design, workflow and inventory optimization through your own hands-on experience running operations.
• Commissioning and installation of Ella equipment and stations.
• Eversys coffee machines’ diagnosis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Events operations setup, support and teardown.
• Building and sharing of knowledge base of complex Ella system interdependencies.

Crown Digital is looking for someone who is/has

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver’s Licence (preferred).
• Experience in operating and maintaining coffee machines (preferred).
• No experience required
• Is neat, tidy, and attentive in their work.
• Has the desire to learn and grow with our fast-evolving organization.
• Comfortable working in proximity to robots, and would like to make a switch to tech operations.
• Able to carry heavy items.
• Able to work on weekends (on a rotation basis within the team)
• Open to sponsoring work permit
