Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple sites.
• Plan work schedules and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate site supervisors and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to support operational needs.
• Prepare operational reports, performance reviews, and maintenance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, irrigation systems, and pest management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Possession of a valid driving licence.
