We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple projects. You will lead site teams, manage manpower deployment, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth operations while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations, manpower planning, and deployment across assigned sites
• Conduct site inspections and ensure cleaning standards, KPIs, and SOPs are consistently met
• Lead and supervise executives, supervisors, team leaders, and cleaners
• Handle client communication, service feedback, complaints, and operational matters professionally
• Resolve operational issues quickly and implement corrective actions when required
• Monitor project performance, operational costs, and monthly reporting/billing documentation
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)requirements and company procedures
• Improve work processes and provide guidance and training to operational staff
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sites/projects
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with good follow-through
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, smartphones, and digital systems
• Familiar with manpower scheduling, cleaning standards, and client management
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
