Operation Manager (Warehouse/3PL Management/East) - Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse activities in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Partner with 3PL providers to oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and
  maintenance operation
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Lead and manage warehouse security measures to keep KCR certification
• Prepare annual budget, reports and statistics (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report
  etc.)
• Receive feedback and monitor quality of services provided
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
• Manage, lead and mentor a team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in relevant field as a Manager
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
