Job Scope:- 
• Examine operational compliance.
• Supervise and train employees.

• Manage machine deployment, coordinate logistics, and oversee on-site installation.

• Conduct site visits for machine and surrounding condition inspections.

• Monitor computer systems and department performance.

• Verify and monitor inventory records against inventory balances.
• Ensure all items are neatly stored and maintained with good hygiene.
• Coordinate machine installations and maintain machine appearance.
• Uphold company branding and enhance machine appearance.

• Implement and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Assist the manager in analyzing business requirements and customer needs.
• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes.
• Motivate and supervise employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations.

• Assist the manager in planning and executing departmental budgets.

• Propose workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in controlling expenses.
• Provide employee training and development.
• Manage staff conflicts and complaints.
• Perform departmental administration.
• Prepare incident reports.
• Plan and monitor staff schedules.

Requirements:
• Possess a valid Class 3 or motorcycle license.

• Demonstrate high responsibility and commitment to quality service.

• Singaporean Candidates, limited quota
• Education: Minimum GCE "O"
