Job Title: Operational Resilience Analyst
Monthly Salary: $9,000 – $12,500 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Map important business services to underlying technology stacks
• Define and document impact tolerances for critical business services
• Identify single points of failure and concentration risks
• Conduct scenario testing to validate resilience capabilities
• Assess resilience gaps and drive remediation plans
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory submission
• Stay current with regulatory requirements (MAS Guidelines on Business Continuity Management)
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Support integration of resilience into change management processes
• Continuously improve operational resilience framework and practices
• Maintain a resilience dashboard with key metrics
• Coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, or Information Technology
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operational resilience or business continuity
• MBCI (Member of BCI) or CBCP certification required
• Experience with MAS regulations and guidelines
• Strong understanding of technology dependencies and risk assessment
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Experience with resilience management tools (Fusion, Castell, or similar)
• Proven track record of successful regulatory engagement
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
