Jobs Responsibilities

Undertake a gap analysis against new regulations and devise project plans to address any gaps.

Collaborate with Risk Subject Matter Experts and other functions in the first and second line, such as Procurement, Business Continuity, Compliance, Legal and teams managing operational resilience and third-party risk, in order to design, build and implement changes to governance framework, including controls, monitoring, reporting and escalation mechanisms

Work with relevant stakeholders to design tools and templates to embed frameworks.

Chair project steering groups and monitor project progress, remove barriers, drive progress and provide status updates.

Connect with BAU functions to undertake horizon scanning to identify other factors that impact these functional areas, for example other similar local resilience regulations

Job Requirements

Min. 5 years of experience in operational risk/BCP/BCM/Business Continuity
