Operations - Account Services – Private Banking

1. Process and manage account opening, maintenance, and closure for private banking clients.
2. Review and verify client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML).
3. Handle account-related requests including updates to client information, mandate changes, and account documentation.
4. Ensure accurate and timely processing of client instructions and operational transactions.
5. Maintain proper documentation and records in line with compliance and audit standards.
6. Liaise with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and other internal teams to resolve operational matters.
7. Support periodic reviews and ensure client records remain up to date.
8. Participate in operational projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
9. Perform other duties assigned by management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience in account services or banking operations, preferably within private banking or wealth management.
3. Knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
4. Strong attention to detail with good organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within tight timelines.
6. Team player with a proactive attitude.
