Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for Operations Admin Executive to be part of the Ops/CS Team. Your works include to attend daily customer inquiries via phone, email and chat. To provide prompt and accurate information to customers about bus services. To process registration and update daily transport changes in system. Attend and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. To assist in Review and implement corrective and preventive actions should there be any lapses in the operations. To assist in route planning and scheduling. To ensure all bus crews compliance to safety standards and procedures. To assist training to bus crews in relations to customer service quality, child safeguarding policy and fleet management
A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal skills and good communications skills. Independent & positive attitude. Proficient in MS excel, words, access. Works Mon-Friday and alt. sat.
