Job Description - Operations & Administrative Coordinator (Service Support) - Immediate Start

We are in search of a focused Operations & Administrative Coordinator (Service | Support) to join our dedicated team at Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Central Region.

Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize in-house software in preparing timesheets, meticulously reviewing entries for duplications and inaccuracies. 
  • Compile and send monthly call reports to clients and the finance department.
  • Coordinate with school clients to ensure completion of the Ministry of Education, School-Based Initiative checklist.
  • Obtain approval from the Senior Operations Manager in submitting to HR with payroll processing.
  • Monitor monthly maintenance completion rates, and actively communicate with team supervisors. 
  • Facilitate access to job sites by applying and submitting necessary requests.
  • Liaise with the Finance department fulfill various requirements for maintenance invoicing.
  • Organize safety certification for existing workers and new hires. 
  • Provide yearly servicing schedules to clients via email.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to technicians as needed. 
  • Consolidate and submit departmental stationery orders monthly.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • Min Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar field. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications. 
  • Detail oriented with strong organizations skills.
