Job Description - Operations Administrator

Working Location: Loyang

Working Hour/Day: 7:30am to 4:35pm / Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Adhere to all EH&S and Quality legislation, compliance, and regulations in the company.
Always perform responsibilities in compliance with Code of Ethics.
A team player who possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
Assist in booking of travel arrangements with AMEX.
Raising purchase requisitions.
Register facial recognition and fingerprint for new joiners.
Register visitor using visitor registration management system (VRMS).
Coordinate the ordering / preparation of safety shoes and glasses for new employees / visitors.
Coordinate the ordering and issuing of taxi vouchers.
Coordinate the annual ordering and distribution of company uniforms for employees.
Update telephone extension listing.
Upkeep latest updates in CORE Gallery.
Maintain logbook for business gifts.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE N’Level
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience
Well verse in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Experience in using SAP would be advantageous.

Salary range : $2,500 - $3,000
