Job Title: Operations Analyst

Job Duration: 6 months contract -  renewable!

Salary: up to S$ 4,400/month

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations Analyst to join our banking client's team. The ideal candidate will excel in data management, client communications, and performance tracking while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Oversee the end-to-end client contact review process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Validate email domains in the contact database, with a focus on domains that do not match client names.
• Verify system records to ensure prior contact updates were completed correctly.
• Conduct outreach to clients via phone or email to confirm records and systematically track responses.
• Update client records in the system accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and deliver weekly progress updates to management.
• Collect, process, and analyze data to support decision-making and monitor performance metrics.
• Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by the hiring manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Banking, Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• With 2+ years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong ability to handle numerical and textual data with precision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Excel macros, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
