Job Title: Operations Analyst (Banking)

Responsibilities:

Handle ITT/OTT operations daily.
Ensure customer instructions' completeness and accuracy.
Validate instructions and conduct compliance checks.
Reconcile receipts and payouts daily.
Manage escalations and queries promptly and professionally.
Identify and manage risks, optimizing team productivity.
Engage in testing, projects, and change initiatives.
