Job Description

• Manufacturing frozen dim sum and bun product
• Work with production and operations teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
• Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
• Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
• Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
• Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
• General cleaning after working time

Requirements

• Have relavant experience
• Have Singapore class 3 driving license
• Ability to work under stress
• Able to work early morning start from 6am
• Able to work on weekend
• Able to accpet work overtime
• Able to work under wet and hot environment
• Have at least one year relevant working experience
• Multitasking
• Is a problem solver
