Our client, a reputable Single Family Office, is seeking an Operations & Investment Research Associate to join their growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys both operational excellence and investment research. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in fund operations or investment support, with a genuine passion for equity research and portfolio management.

• Support daily investment operations, including trade execution and reconciliation across multiple platforms.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring and strategic rebalancing activities.
• Conduct macroeconomic, market, and company research to support investment decisions and portfolio construction.
• Maintain accurate investment documentation, records, and performance data.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Investment Committee, including meeting preparation and follow-ups.
• Assist with investment due diligence and analysis of potential opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the funds or investment management industry.
• Strong understanding of investment operations and portfolio management principles.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in work execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a lean team environment.
