Operations and Marketing Associate - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities

Operation Role:

• Have a good understanding of our program with the ability to effectively sell its benefits.
• Execute transactions (for branch of duty)
• Facilitate/ensure smooth running of classes (for branch of duty)
• POS system maintenance (across organization)
• Class/resource scheduling responsibility (for branch of duty)
• Process streamlining and improvement (across organization)
• Outbound class delivery and moderator role 

Marketing Role (across organization):

• Social (IG and FB): posting, increase likes, manage Pixels, boosting/advertising
• Website (maintaining and improvement, including SEO), Google Adword advertising
• Maintenance of Customer Database for email blast.
• Collaborate/advertise on other platforms (e.g., TickiKids, Sassymama)
• Marketing Communication: Public Relations, release for features. Branding Ads.
• Lead generations (trials/info sessions/road show/open house etc) to closure (maintenance of registration platform), and follow up on leads to closure (setup process for others to follow)
• Design and production of marketing collaterals (for cohesive look and feel), including but not limited to flyers, poster, videos, display, in-store collaterals, t-shirt, bags, stickers etc
• Develop promotion to boost sales/renewals/new signups, inclusive of sourcing and procuring of promotional items.

More info:

• Work location: Jurong, Marine Parade or Sin Ming
• 4 weekdays (12pm to 8:30pm) & 1 weekend days (8:30am to 5:30pm).
• Additional hours apply during school holidays.
• Off during public holidays.
• Includes 2 weeks of centre breaks annually (on top of annual leave entitlement).
• 14 days paid annual leave after probation period.
