Operations and Process (SAP) Analyst

Collaborate with 3PL personnel for process compliance and training relating to new process or process changes Train end-users on new processes and system functionalities post-change. Troubleshoot issues and provide first level system support on system issues. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications and test case scenarios. Design and execute testing plans for FG processes in S/4HANA, including integration and user acceptance testing. Provide subject matter expertise on FG operations, inventory management, and related SAP modules. Find opportunities and lead changes for process improvements. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date procedures and conducting internal audits Manage direct reports work performance, including prioritizing work, assigning training, setting performance goals, and conducting performance appraisals. Lead / support department performance through critical metric tracking, continuous improvement projects, global initiatives as well as ensure compliance to QMS standards and regulatory compliance initiatives. Degree in any field with minimum 3-6 years' relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, especially in FG domain (SD, MM, WM, or EWM modules). Preferred experience in semiconductor industry Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to interact with all management levels and external partners. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Macros, and data analytics tools like Tableau would be advantageous.
