Operations Assistant

Job Description

· Make timely collection / delivery of cars to customers

· Explain features and accessories of cars to customers

· Handle customers’ enquiries professionally

· Clean and groom cars efficiently

· Handle customers’ feedback and keep supervisor informed accordingly

· Deliver/collect cars to/from vendors for repairs or servicing and explaining faults/problems to vendors

· To perform quality check and acceptance of vehicles.

· Be able to perform standby duties as and when required

· Ad-Hoc chauffeur service

· Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

•1 or more years’ experience.

• Class 3 driving license with TDVL (Taxi Driver’s Vocational License) preffered

• Able to meet and handle external parties

• Good & safe driving record
