Operations Assistant.

Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: UP $2200 (after confirmation, $200 transport allowance + increment + AWS + VB up to 4.5months)
• 5 Work Days; Mon to Fri, 7.15am to 4pm

Your Responsibilities: -

• Perform data entry tasks and compile relevant operational data and reports.
• Accurately record and update warehouse data in the system.
• Assist with the receiving, checking, and acknowledgement of warehouse goods.
• Handle filing, photocopying, faxing, and the preparation and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail or parcels.
• Process and manage warehouse-related documentation and paperwork.
• Verify purchase orders and obtain the necessary management approvals for procurement activities.
• Identify, verify, and communicate workflow discrepancies while providing support to other departments when required.

You will need: -

• Min 1 years in Warehouse setting
• Valid forklift license availability
• Only Singaporean may apply
