Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of daily operational activities, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

• Coordinate and manage vehicle movements, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource utilization.

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date vehicle records, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare, review, and manage operational documentation in alignment with company policies.

• Support sales, marketing, and other cross-functional initiatives as needed to drive organizational objectives.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the Supervisor to support business operations.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 and Class 4 driving license

• Minimum educational qualification of N or O Level.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

• Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced operational environment.
