Operations Assistant - Dynamic Team

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist our Operations Team in the running & managing of the daily business operations.

● Ensure that car movements are well-coordinated & properly parked at assigned locations.

● Ensure operations are carried out in an appropriate and operational effective manner.

● Handover & takeover of vehicles in various locations.

● Involve in coordination & support of various operations matters.

● Assist in sending new cars/rental cars for inspection at various inspection centers.

● Assist Manager in handling administrative functions for vehicle repairs & maintenance.

● Washing & detailing of vehicles for delivery when required.

● Any other matters tasked by the Management.

Requirements:

● Candidates must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ 'O' Level, any field.

● At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

● Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy when assigned with tasks.

● Apply problem-solving skills to develop and execute initiatives to continuously improve operation efficiencies.

● A motivated, self-starter with plenty of initiative and a positive team-oriented attitude.

● To be a team player in the operations team to drive process and service improvement with strong and effective communication skills, addressing any operational issue proactively and progressively to the management.

● To propose innovative solutions and process improvements to achieve operations excellence.

● Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Full-Time positions available.

● Class 3 license is an advantage

Candidates possessing the following skillsets are preferred:

● We welcome inexperienced learners.

● Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

● Strong knowledge and interest in cars.

Additional Info:

● Trade experience.

● 5 working days, 9am-6pm (Sunday & 1 weekday off).
