We are a premier Taekwondo school with a strong presence in Asia, with a rich history spanning over 20 years. We believe in providing a hoslistic Taekwondo curriculum for all our students, in accordance with the tenets of Taekwondo as well as those of our school.

We are looking for adaptable, self-motivated and forward thinking individuals to join our growing team.

Job Scope 
•⁠  ⁠To provide operational support for our Operations Manager, to assist in daily administrative and logistical tasks.
•⁠  ⁠To provide back-end support for all our branches, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
•⁠  ⁠To assist with the effective management and deployment of inventory.
•⁠  ⁠And all other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Job requirements : 
•⁠  ⁠Diploma/Degree holders (Fresh grads are most welcome to apply)
•⁠  ⁠Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, proficient with the internet, e-mails, and other e-commerce/CRM platforms 
•⁠  ⁠Proficient in English and one other language, as the role will require constant interaction with stakeholders
•⁠  ⁠A positive and proactive individual, who is also team player
•⁠  ⁠Quick-thinking and efficient problem solving skills

Career Level : 
Executive/Associate

Years of Experience :
2 years, but fresh grads are encouraged to apply

Job Type : 
Full-time 5 days per week (Tuesdays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays/Sundays)
