Operations Associate

What you will do:

• Perform inspection and receipt of incoming materials and transfer of materials to appropriate storage areas in line with SOP for receival and returns. 
• Ensure appropriate storage of returned items pending client's instruction.
• Maintain inventory records as appropriate.
• Perform pick and pack operations in line with the pick list and the required packing configuration. 
• Verification of physical items versus the system information. Release of shipments to the courier companies.
• Reclassification of current storage items to reject status according to client's instructions. 
• Ensure appropriate storage of rejected items pending client's instructions in line with SOP.
• Perform consolidation of returns and rejects. 
• Ensure correct documentation in placed to release items to waste disposal company. 
• Arrange for the destruction of materials with approved waste disposal company on receipt of client's instructions in line with SOP. 
• Perform declaration on NEA website. Ensure appropriate certification is issued and received.
• GMP Label Printing, Label Inspection, Over-labelling and Secondary Packaging Activities.
• To perform housekeeping activities as assigned by S&D Supervisor / Operations Manager.
• To perform inventory cycle counts in accordance with network SOP.
• Adhere to SOP and policies.
• Complete all required documentation accurately in a timely manner.
• Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the S&D Supervisor / Operations Manager. 
• Training will be provided.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum O Levels
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in Clinical Packaging and Logistics environment will be beneficial
