Operations Controller - Professional Development Opportunities

As a Operations Controller, we need you to communicate effectively with customers and to coordinate with the warehouse and operations to ensure accurate cargo movement.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via email or phone calls.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation flow.
• Ensure correct cargo is being released to transporter.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed by the manager.

Specifications:

• Able to speak and write English fluently to communicate with English speaking customers.
• Able to work independently in a warehouse setting.
• Comfortable with using computer applications (eg. outlook, office)
• Experience with warehousing operations is advantageous

Work locations available at Keppel Distripark and Pioneer

Working hours:

Mon - Fri:   8:30am to 5:30pm

Sat:            8:30am to 12:30pm
