Job Description - Operations Coordinator (APAC Projects & Procurement)

Role Summary

The Operations Coordinator (APAC Projects & Procurement) supports regional sales, procurement, and project delivery activities across the Asia-Pacific region. Working closely with clients,suppliers, and internal teams, the successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Support

·      Prepare quotations, proposals,presentations, and related documentation.

·      Coordinate supplier pricing requests and support client communications.

·      Maintain accurate sales and project records.

Procurement & Vendor Management

·      Coordinate RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier communications.

·      Track order status, delivery schedules, and lead times.

·      Maintain vendor pricing information and procurement documentation.

Project & Operations Coordination

·      Support project scheduling,documentation, and progress tracking.

·      Coordinate with clients,suppliers, installers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

·      Assist with invoice processing,reporting, and general operational administration.

Requirements

·      Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related discipline.

·      2–3 years of experience in operations coordination, procurement, project administration, or sales support.

·      Fresh graduates with strong internship experience and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

·      Strong written and spokenEnglish for communication with clients and suppliers across APAC.
