Operations Director

A key member of DaVita’s senior leadership team, this position is responsible for the management and oversight of DaVita’s dialysis Operations in Singapore.  

The Operations Director provides leadership, counsel and direction to the field management of DaVita to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.  Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors on performance, and works closely with General Manager to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant operations experience in preferably within healthcare, and/or multi-site service organizations, with 2-3 years in a senior leadership role

• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, P&L oversight, cost optimization, and operational productivity.

• A strategic leader, system thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making ability
