Operations Director

We are hiring an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the operations of a MNC. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading large teams (Up to 100 pax), improving service delivery, and ensuring business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive operational performance.

• Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements.

• Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning.

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 15 years of operations experience, including 8 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong business acumen with experience in operational transformation and optimization.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in logistics, cash management, security services, transportation, or other operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.
