Operations Director (Property Management)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee property management and community operations across residential and/or mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction within Singapore’s property management landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property management and community operations

• Oversee building operations, maintenance coordination, and service vendors

• Ensure compliance with Singapore MCST and BMSMA regulations

• Manage resident/community engagement and service excellence initiatives

• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across properties

• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners

• Implement digital and PropTech solutions to enhance operational performance

• Monitor budgets, operational KPIs, and service quality standards

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of experience in property management or real estate operations in Singapore

• Strong understanding of Singapore MCST framework and BMSMA regulations

• Experience in community operations and stakeholder management

• Familiar with PropTech solutions and digital property management tools

• Proficient in using AI tools for productivity and operational support

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
