Responsibilities
· Perform site audit across the projects we manage, administers surveys, and prepare working papers that are aligned with internal audit standard
· Analyse how risks can be mitigated, and identify the root cause of related issues
· Communicates the audit findings via written reports to the site manager, which includes highlighting areas for improvement and recommendations for bridging performance gaps
· Other ad-hoc duties relating to office facilities, and office administration (as and when necessary)
Requirements
· Technical knowledge of M&E is a plus
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
· Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skill
· Good writing skills
· Strong organisational, analytical, and planning skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Exercise discretion and sound judgment
· Exude a professional, corporate image and exercise a high level of integrity and work ethic at all times
