Operations Executive

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Operations Executive:

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Financial Services team.
• Assist in compiling and maintaining accurate and up-to-date operational documents.
• Ensure proper documentation control and version tracking for all records.
• Generate and submit periodic reports to support team performance and operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support workflow efficiency and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or operations support roles, preferably in financial or service-oriented industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, well-organized, and maintains a positive and professional attitude.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
• Working Location: Newton
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
