Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

·         Plan, schedule, and coordinate bunker deliveries to vessels efficiently.

·         Monitor bunker operations, ensuring timely execution and compliance with industry standards.

·         Communicate with suppliers, ship agents, and port authorities to facilitate smooth operations.

·         Prepare and review operational documents such as delivery notes, contracts, and invoices.

·         Address and resolve operational issues, delays, or disputes related to bunker deliveries.

·         Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

·         Maintain and update operational records and reports for internal and external audits.

·         Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to support business operations.

·         Stay updated on market trends, fuel quality standards, and port regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

·         Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bunkering operations, marine logistics, or a related field.

·         Min Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

·         Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.

·         Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to handle operational challenges and provide quick, efficient solutions.

·         Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and documentation efficiently.

·         Familiarity with bunker fuel types and quality specifications

·         Experience in using shipping or logistics software
