Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily blasting and painting operations.
• Plan manpower deployment and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, site supervisors, production teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate the availability of materials, equipment, and consumables.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and in accordance with client requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety practices and company procedures.
• Assist in resolving operational issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in the blasting and painting industry.
• Experience coordinating industrial, marine, offshore, or protective coating projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following will have an added advantage:

• Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Experience working in marine shipyards, oil & gas, or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating site operations and manpower planning.
• Familiarity with protective coating systems and blasting standards.
• WSQ Safety Courses (e.g. WSH, Work-at-Height, Confined Space, or related certifications).
• Possession of a Class 3 Driving License.
