Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive to support daily business operations, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure smooth execution of operational activities. The successful candidate will assist in manpower planning, administrative coordination, documentation, scheduling, and operational reporting while maintaining high service standards and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Assist in manpower planning, staff scheduling, and work allocation.
• Monitor project or service progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support procurement, inventory control, and resource coordination.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents when required.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or a related discipline or If any
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant operations or administrative experience (experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary

SGD 4,000 – SGD 6,500 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
