Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Cleaning/ Maintenance Services 
• Position Title: Operations Executive
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $3,000 - $3,500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with supervisors and administrative staff for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of sites.
• Plan and develop work schedules for employees in multiple sites.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Lead in-house training for staff.
• Conduct meetings to maintain consistency, and effective communication amongst staff.
• Prepare particle count certifications.
• Other duties as assigned by the Management.
