Operations Executive/ Admin

Company Overview: Join an innovative IT and Audio Visual start-up as an Operations Executive/ Admin. We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our daily operations and ensure efficient office maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and general maintenance.
• Generate purchase orders for manufacturers and vendors.
• Create and send invoices to clients.
• Monitor and manage inventory and stock levels.
• Coordinate deliveries between manufacturers and clients.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word/Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Singaporean only.
• Entry-level candidates or those with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Working Hours:

• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
• Office located near Redhill/Tiong Bahru MRT or bus stops.
