Operations Executive (Airfreight Export) (MNC / Freight Forwarding / East)

• Basic UP$4000 + Allowances + AWS + Variable Bonus 

• Company located at Changi Airfreight Centre

• Working hours: 5.5 Days: 1:30pm – 10:30pm (Mon – Fri), 11am – 3pm (Alternate Saturday)

Job Scope

• Preparations of documents and airlines labels
• Ability to handle shipping documentations for all modes of air shipments 
• Preparations and processing of shipments
• Liaise with warehouse for cargo details and movements (e.g. receiving etc)
• Filing/Closure of shipping documents
• Other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline 
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
