Operations Executive @ Art Industry | 2 YEAR CONTRACT

Job Scope:

• Manage employees' scheduling & deployment on a daily basis
• Stand in for shifts as Duty Team Lead during headcount shortfall
• ⁠Coach team members on SOPs and customer service
• Manage New Hire induction
• Provide admin related support sush as ⁠employment and disciplinary letters issuance with the support of our internal admin team
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

1. This is a 2 years contract - subject to renewal
2. At least 1-2 years experience in Operations Management of any industry
3. Work Schedule: Comfortable to work on weekends & PH >> 5 day work week ( 4 days on-site / 1 day WFH ) rotational weekends / PH (3 days weekend per mth roughly)
4. Comfortable to travel around different Art Gallery / Museum sites (based on work requirements)
5. Salary up to $3,500
