Operations Executive (Automotive Detailing)

The Role:

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Operations Executive to lead the daily operations of our fast-paced car detailing business. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can maintain high standards of workmanship while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily workflow, manpower allocation, and job scheduling to ensure timely delivery of all vehicles.

• Quality Control: Supervise the quality of detailing, coating, and PPF services to ensure they meet our premium company standards.

• Team Leadership: Manage staff attendance, performance, and productivity; foster a culture of discipline and service excellence.

• Customer Care: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer feedback and ensuring a 5-star service experience.

• Resource Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate material orders.

• Strategic Improvement: Work closely with management to refine SOPs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license (required).

• Prior experience in automotive, detailing, workshop, or operations management is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

• A proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
