OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (CLEANING)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Executive (Cleaning) to join our dynamic team for Our Companyy. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our cleaning operations in the Central Region, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate the daily cleaning operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring

2. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard, within the agreed timelines

3. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service

4. Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient cleaning processes and protocols

5. Supervise and provide guidance to the cleaning team, including training and performance management

6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

7. Collaborate with the wider team to support the company's growth and expansion initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or supervisory role within the cleaning industry

2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members

4. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards

5. Proficient in using relevant cleaning management software and tools

6. A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
