Operations Executive (Construction) - Growth-Minded Organization

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead operations team in performing daily tasks and conducting daily report
• Help Operations Controller to manage of operational and logistics duties as well as machinery maintenance as directed by Project Leads for various project sites including managing resources, work procedures, and work incidents on site
• Implement measures and recommend operations
• Assist in budget planning for operations and logistics-related matters.
• Check equipment and inventory stocks to align with the internal inventory system.
• Work closely with stakeholders and team
• Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Ensure the Operations and Logistics adhere to safety measures during operations
• Compile and analyse relevant data and propose recommendations for successful and efficient logistics operations on site.
• Ensure project go according to project timeline and all equipment and materials are delivered to the site in accordance with to approve material list.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations Controller

Job requirements:

• Diploma in engineering/machinery or equivalent
• At least 5 years of work experience in hands-on operational and logistic matters
• Possess good knowledge of safety regulations in accordance with the MOM
• Possesses proficient machinery knowledge
